"Another Broken Egg" Restaurant coming to Pensacola, FL

Homer & Linda Biggers are the new franchisees for "Another Broken Egg" and will be opening on Restaurant Row near downtown Pensacola. MIchael Carro with NAI Halford leased them the former Lawyer's Title building at 721 E. Gregory Street. They are expected to open at the beginning of 2012. Linda is training in th4 corporate restaurant in Destin, FL. They are joined by their operations partner, Linver Leffel who recently signed a 30 unit development agreement with "The Original Italian Pie" concept from Louisiana.

Hopjacks Pizza Kitchen-New Pensacola Location

NAI Halford completed the new location on Nine Mile Road for Hopjacks Pizza Kitchen. Michael Carro with NAI Halford worked with the Landlord (Linver Leffel) and Hopjacks Joe Abston to complete the deal. This is Hopjacks third location and first location outside of a downtown area. This is the former Times Grill and Judge's location.

Jordan Valley Cafe-New Pensacola Location

NAI Halford and Granger Properties just completed a 5 year lease on the former restaurant building (aka ETC Gifts & Portobello Market). I have been working with Jordan Valley Cafe for a couple of years and they continue to expand. They expect to be open in January 2012.

Former Zea's Restaurant-Deal Working

I have the Zea's Restaurant listed for sale or lease. We are very close to completing a deal with a concept that would be great for restaurant row near downtown Pensacola. It's a unique steak house concept like nothing else in our area. Former Trader Jon's Restaurant-Downtown Pensacola

The former Trader Jon's Annex building in Downtown Pensacola sold last month. The investors plan on renovating the building into a restaurant property. The 5300 SF Restaurant will feature a 20' tall facade improvement that will continue to revitalize the Pensacola skyline. The Planning Board unanimously approved the project design by SMP Architects as presented by Brian Spencer. Vision Construction has been named the General Contractor for the project. The project is expected to be completed March 2012. A restaurant has not been selected and the Restaurant is for lease. Michael Carro with NAI Halford purchased the building for South Palafox Annex, LLC. This building is on the southwest corner of Main Street and Palafox just 2 blocks from the new Community Maritime Park home of the new Pensacola Blue Wahoos minor baseball team for Cincinnati Reds.
